Form Filling Guide
New Student Acceptance (PMB) IPEKA Christian School

Register
Prospective parents/guardians may register for an account on the 'REGISTER' menu to get a user login.
02.
Login into the Application
Prospective parents/guardians may log in to the account through the 'LOGIN' menu using the user login that has been sent by IPEKA Christian School via e-mail.
03.
Purchase Forms and Payments
Prospective parents/guardians may purchase the New Student Enrollment Form by filling in the required data in the 'Student Candidate Data Form' menu. Payment for the New Student Enrollment Form can be made through BCA Virtual Account or as stated in the e-mail sent by IPEKA Christian School.

Form Uploader
After making payment, prospective parents/guardians can fill in the prospective student data by clicking the 'Application Form' link and uploading all required documents.
05.
Entrance Test Process
Prospective students take the entrance test (for NON-IPEKA prospective students only) according to the schedule stated in the e-mail sent by IPEKA Christian School.
06.
Announcement of Selection Results
Prospective parents/guardians can view the selection results and announcement online by accessing the 'Test Date' link or via e-mail sent by IPEKA Christian School.
07.
Payment of School Contributions
Prospective parents/guardians can make payment of tuition fees in accordance with the information stated in the e-mail for students who are declared 'passed'.
